Yuval Dvir
Head of YOUNITED School
For over a decade, Yuval has played a leading role in promoting shared society education within Israel's diverse and deeply conflicted society. His work focuses on enhancing social cohesion and intercultural understanding between Jews and Palestinians. Yuval is a strong advocate for international education as a means of fostering social change and increasing student agency in the areas of dialogue and critical thinking. Yuval's work has been acknowledged by the Israeli MoE's R&D and Innovation department, the OECD Schools+ Network, and the International Baccalaureate Organization. Yuval holds a PhD in Anticipatory Governance of Education from the Institute of Education at University College London. He also has a Master’s degree in Educational Policy and Administration, a Master’s degree in Musical Performance, both from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Open University in Israel.
