About Friends of Givat Haviva

Friends of Givat Haviva (FOGH) is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting Givat Haviva and its groundbreaking work in building a shared society among Jewish and Arab citizens in Israel. Founded to extend the reach of Givat Haviva’s mission, FOGH engages Americans in meaningful discussions on coexistence and provides ways to support initiatives that advance equality, respect, and peace.

Our mission is to empower individuals, foundations, and organizations in the U.S. to contribute to a future where both Jewish and Arab citizens of Israel live in harmony and equal partnership.

FOGH collaborates with Jewish Federations, Synagogues, JCRCs (Jewish Community Relations Councils), and other partners to bring Givat Haviva’s message to a wider audience in the United States. We participate in educational events to deepen understanding of Jewish-Arab relations, fostering community engagement and dialogue around these vital issues.

Every donation to FOGH directly supports impactful programs, including educational exchanges, dialogue workshops, scholarships for peace-building courses, and community initiatives that foster mutual understanding. Through these efforts, FOGH serves as a bridge connecting American supporters with Givat Haviva’s on-the-ground work in Israel, helping to build a foundation for lasting peace and equality.
